Dr. Khammash is a doctor and senior public health specialist with over than 30 years of experience in all aspects of primary healthcare, from practicing medicine in West Bank hospitals to running different local and international health programs. Previously the Chief of Field Health Programs for the UNRWA in the West Bank. Oversaw the delivery of health services to Palestinian refugees through 42 primary health clinics and one hospital in the West Bank. Through his many professional afflictions he developed strong working relationships with senior MoH officials, NGOs and private healthcare providers.
An expert in women’s health, founder multiple women’s health programs in Palestine, most notably introducing the advanced life support in obstetrics methodology to the country and the development of community health and specialized training programs for Doctors, nurses and midwives. She has written and adapted clinical training materials, publications and protocols. She co-foundered of a number of influential grass-roots Palestinian organizations. Member of the MENA Health Policy Forum, the Palestinian Health Policy Forum and the World Bank Civil Society Consultative Group for Health, Nutrition and Population.
Management and marketing expert with over 20 years of experience developing and managing programs that build the marketing and management capabilities of individuals and organizations to succeed. He designed several programs for entrepreneurial training for young entrepreneurs and SME owners. He's the general director for Palestine Education for Employment. Speaks fluent English, Armenian and Arabic. Holds a B.sc. in Management, MBA concentration marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University an M.Phil in HR and Entrepreneurship from the Maastricht School of Management the Netherlands.
Currently the Polling Unit Supervisor, Jerusalem Media & Communication Center (JMCC). She prepares budget for surveys, participate in questionnaire design, recruit and coordinates interviewers, conduct training workshops for interviewers, design data entry program using SPSS-PC+, supervises data coding and entry, performs data cleaning and analysis, produce findings in table format for end users. Perviously she was a TV Producer at CNN Jerusalem bureau occasionally covering the Palestinian-Israeli affairs.
Dr. Budieri is a medical doctor with two masters degrees from Harvard University; one is in public health and the other one is on population. Dr. Budieri has long experience in health management and assistive technology. She serves currently as technical advisor free-lance.
Vera works at UNRWA for Palestine Refugees. She's a registered nurse and recently occupying the Post of Health Education Supervisor and is responsible for Health Education programme and community activities of the Health Dept. at health centers and points of the West Bank refugee camps. She is a good Communicator, likes to work with a team, likes community work and involvement in voluntary Work. She's the Vice President of the YWCA in Palestine; working in this association since the year 1987.
Mr. Ragheb Budeiri currently heads the Development Project Office that oversees and manages all development projects in the PMA. Mr. Budeiri helped establish the Development Project Office (PDO) in 2010 after the successful implementation of the national Real-Time Gross Settlement System (RTGS).

Board Member Enas Dahadha is a lecturer, trainer and curriculum developer in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. She specializes in consumer behavior and international marketing courses with great emphasis on practical applications. She has worked with university students and has conducted training in Marketing and Entrepreneurship to graduates and professionals from different industries. An expert in providing training sessions on job search, resume writing, and interview skills to university graduates. She is competent in developing curriculum and conducting train of trainer’s courses, thus being a content expert and a skilled trainer.
Bassam has worked in the social sector for more than 30 years. He is currently the General Coordinator and Associate Professor in the School of Public Health-Al-Quds University (Jerusalem) & manages the Gaza Branch. Bassam has developed systems and conducted programme evaluations for numerous projects, particularly in health, education and social protection. Taking health as a broad concept, he contributed to designing development oriented programs, psychosocial, poverty reduction and youth empowerment programs. He is a member of the Gender and Adolescence: Global Evidence management team, and also a GAGE Regional Director.
